Refund policy

All of our merchandise is produced by our manufacturing partner. Our partner has fulfilment centers in the UK, America and Europe so if possible items will be shipped from the closest location.

Loof & Timmy accept refunds and exchanges for any items that have been damaged during shipping, faulty or if an incorrect item has been shipped to you compared to what you had ordered. In these cases we can arrange a refund or replacement.

We cannot refund orders that have been incorrectly ordered because of an error by the buyer (such as an incorrect size of T-Shirt) or a change of mind as these are printed on demand by our manufacturer just for your order and we would make a loss if we operated in this way. Full size guides are provided on items that have sizing options available so please be certain of your size before ordering.

We also cannot refund items that have been shipped to an incorrect address so please be sure the address you order to is correct. We can change mistakes quickly if you get in touch via the Helpdesk but it depends how quickly your order is processed and we cannot guarantee to be able to change this before our manufacturer processes the order. If an order is shipped to an address you didn’t mean to order to then once the item has been returned to our manufacturer we can arrange to have it reshipped and you will be required to pay the reshipping cost.

If you would like a refund on a damaged item, you can contact us within 30 days to arrange a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since the date of order to the date of your return request then the return cannot be completed and the sale is final.
 
Please note we will need photographic proof of posting for returns for our record keeping purposes and to investigate any potential quality issues with our manufacturers. All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of physically receiving it.
