Refund Policy

Loof & Timmy accept refunds and exchanges for any items that have been damaged during shipping or have been incorrectly ordered. In these cases we are more than happy to arrange with you a full refund or exchange.

Items are only able to be returned if they are in brand new condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable to that item). Loof & Timmy are not responsible for return shipping costs which will vary in different countries. We can only refund you for the cost of the item.

If you would like a refund, you can contact us within 30 days to arrange a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since the date of order to the date of your return request then the return cannot be completed and the sale is final.
Please note we will need photographic proof of posting for returns for our record keeping purposes. We will physically need to receive the item before we can process your refund. All refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

If your order has been damaged in the mail, please take a photograph of the damage and then contact us to resolve it.
